The main house has 5 bedrooms, with the pavilion containing a further 2 bedrooms and living area in a detached guest house.

The house is supplemented by a 16m saltwater swimming pool, a cricket pitch, extensive gardens, multiple decks to relax on and a stunning outdoor eating and entertaining area. Sunsets on the front deck from 5.00pm onwards are a particularly special time as the day ends. Kangaroos can often be seen on the cricket pitch having a feed early in the morning.

600+ square meters of living space provides plenty of room for everyone to find their spot to unwind.

Bedroom 1 is the main bedroom with an ensuite and queen size bed

Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed and balcony.

Bedroom 3 has a king & its own balcony.

Bedroom 4 has 2 singles which can be converted into a king (please ensure you have confirmed with Exclusive Escapes any changes to linen configurations at least 1 week prior to arrival) 

Bedroom 5 is a large room that has  2x king singles (which can be changed to a King with prior notice) and shares a bathroom with bedrooms 4 and 5 (please ensure you have confirmed with Exclusive Escapes any changes to linen configurations at least 1 week prior to arrival) 

The extra chalet which houses bedrooms 6 & 7, you will find this located in cricket pavillion and share a shower and bathroom. Both of these bedrooms have 2 singles in them that can convert into kings on request (please ensure you have confirmed with Exclusive Escapes any changes to linen configurations at least 1 week prior to arrival)  . They are adjacent to main house - separated by a few meters and are perfect for teenagers, helpers or anyone seeking additional privacy. The cricket Pavilion also has it's own lounge room/ the home cinema.

Alouarn House is situated in the heart of the Margaret River Wine Region, with world-class restaurants and wineries within a short drive from your front door. The word-famous Margaret River surf break is less than 5 minutes drive if you are an expert surfer, otherwise you can take surfing lessons at one of the sheltered beaches or just relax on one of the many pristine beaches within close proximity.

There is an upstairs bedroom that is not used, as it is locked for owners use only.

Firewood is provided for the fireplace during the winter months. If you require firewood at other times of the year, it can be purchased at local service stations and hardware stores.

Please note: This property includes all linen and towels.

School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.

Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm.

Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.
